Process

Easy and contactless. We have just a few easy steps to completing the adoption process at a PetSmart Store. See below and get started now.

THE ADOPTION PROCESS

GIVE US A CALL

Call us on our PetSmart Adoption Line (or just talk with us if there is someone at PetSmart with the pet):

ADOPTION FEE

If it looks like a fit, we will ask you to pay the adoption fee on Paypal:

THE PETSMART PART

We will text you a confirmation that our part of the adoption is complete. SHOW THAT TEXT TO THE PETSMART STAFF.

PetSmart will have you complete another form for their records and you'll be on your way with your new pet!
